We respect your right to privacy and will protect it when you visit Priority Pet Hospital Online and the Priority Pet Hospital Blog.  This page explains how we handle information about you when you visit and use our site.  Priority Pet Hospital (“PPH”) provides this website as a public service—you do not have to provide any personal information in order to enter and browse.  The extent and type of information we receive depends on what you do while you are visiting our website.

PPH collects no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you specifically and knowingly choose to provide such information to us.  If you choose to provide information to us, we use it only to fulfill your request for information or services.

What Information Is Collected

You may visit our website or blog to learn about PPH and the services we offer anonymously.  The data that we regularly collect about visitors to our website (e.g., browser type, pages accessed, duration of visit, etc.) does not enable us to identify you.  We also collect your IP address, but this information generally does not reveal your personal identity.

We collect personally identifiable information about you only if you voluntarily provide it to us when you use the online registration form to create an account to be a registered user of our blog or when you submit your e-mail address to subscribe to blog posts.  You are required to pick a username and provide your e-mail address to register as a user of the PPH blog.  We may also ask you for, but you are not required to provide, biographical information, your web address, and/or instant messenger addresses for your user profile.  The randomly-generated password provided to registrants can be changed by logging into your account and selecting “Profile” from the menu bar.  You are required to provide only your e-mail address to subscribe to blog posts.

Users who elect to use the “Comments” feature on the PPH blog post do so voluntarily.  PPH cannot be held responsible for any personal information provided within blog comments you may post.

Use of Information
We use your contact information and unique identifier (such as a user name and password) to provide access to the “Comments” feature available on our blog and to notify you when new blog posts have been published.  We may also use any information you have provided as reasonably necessary to administer or provide user support for the website and blog.  We use the information submitted by you to send you correspondence and other information that may interest you and to respond to your correspondence. If, for any reason, you would like to be removed from our e-mail list, you can select “Unsubscribe” on the “Subscribe to Posts” page on our blog or send us an e-mail at postmaster@prioritypethospital.com.

Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent or lease any information to third parties.  We may send e-mail offers to selected groups of users on behalf of our company.  We will also include in each such e-mail instructions as to how you can permanently opt-out of receiving any such future e-mails.  We also reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority.

Updating Your Information
To update any of your personal information previously submitted to PPH you may log on to your blog user account and select “Profile” from the menu bar.

PPH does not employ the use of cookies on its website or blog.
